Clarke Peters is the Director and Principal Consultant at Dynamo Recruitment.

He has over 19 years recruitment experience working in the UK, US and Australia.

With a Business Degree from Oxford Brookes University he has a solid understanding of the business imperatives that drive ERP and CRM projects. This has enabled him to offer a consultative service where he can keep in mind not only your specific immediate needs but your longer term commercial objectives. This combination ensures an accurate fit between employee and employer.

Clarke has been an ITCRA certified recruitment professional since 2005 and is committed to developing long term working relationships with both candidates and clients. This has been the driving force behind choosing to specialise within the mid tier market and more specifically the Dynamics family and the primary reason behind Dynamo being the leading Dynamics Recruitment agency in Australia.

Particular areas of expertise include helping start-ups plan, recruit and grow their businesses and identifying key resources for stalled or failed projects. Both require comprehensive knowledge of the industry and on most occasions the ability to provide resourcing solutions quickly. 

Clarkes reputation in these areas led Microsoft to invite him to the 2008 Australian Partner Conference in Port Douglas where he delivered a presentation entitled "How to Recruit and Retain Great Talent".
