Apr 2014 Dynamo assists global corporate

A large Australian corporate with a global footprint approached Dynamo to help them locate a Senior ERP Change Manager for a very large international Dynamics AX project.

They had been through the recruitment process with their internal recruitment team once already and the selected candidate had dropped out at the last moment literally a few days before they were due to start.

Subsequently another agency had been given the assignment but hadnt been able to locate a suitable candidate.

Dynamo was the third point of call. Within 24 hours Dynamo had submitted 2 excellent candidates that were able to start immediately. 1st and 2nd Interviews were arranged and conducted by the client in the space of the next 2 days.

The feedback was that both candidates would be an excellent fit for the role and they had some difficulty making a final decision. Subject to references an offer was extended and accepted. Candidate and Client were both delighted with the outcome.

Dynamo brought to this process the ability to turn around results rapidly whilst still maintaining a quality service. This was possible due to Dynamo having almost 30 years of combined ERP recruitment experience. Having worked on very similar roles in the past they were able to quickly understand the requirement, reach out to their network and effectively screen and manage the applications.
